Privacy

Plain-language privacy for operating data.

FounderFeed processes sensitive execution signals. This page explains scope, purpose, and controls.

What we collect

  • Account information needed for authentication and workspace setup.
  • Data from integrations your admin explicitly connects: Slack, Notion, Jira, Linear, and GitHub.
  • Generated outputs such as briefs, analytics snapshots, and sync logs.

Why we process data

  • Generate daily founder operating briefs.
  • Detect blockers, risk, decision lag, and execution gaps.
  • Power source-backed Ask AI experiences inside your authenticated product.
  • Operate reliability workflows such as sync health and error logging.

Retention and deletion

  • Data is retained while your workspace stays connected and active.
  • Disconnecting an integration stops ingestion and starts cleanup workflows.
  • Deletion requests are processed through privacy@founderfeed.ai.
  • Logs are retained for security and reliability investigations based on policy windows.

Model and subprocessors

  • AI inference is routed through OpenRouter based on deployment configuration.
  • Infrastructure providers include hosted app and database vendors configured by your deployment.
  • Customer data is not used to train shared models without explicit opt-in.
